I have led the design strategy and execution for the following projects:
Rollin’ Rewards campaign launched in July ‘24, allowing users to customize their MoneySmart experience by providing their financial info and priorities to personalize their recommendations. Surpassed projected internal business goal* by 10%.
Re-design of the SmartRewards Store with scrum team, launched in Jun ‘24, resulting in significantly increased organic traffic to MoneySmart’s rewards offering.
SmartRewards incentive program, launched in July ‘23. Contributed to substantial uplift in conversions for our banking providers post-launch.
SmartPicks (product recommendations & user profiling), launched in Feb ‘23. More than 25% of customers have engaged with recommendations and answered profiling questions, leading to significant uplift in monthly revenue since launch due to cross-sell of financial products.
All of the above have meaningfully contributed to key company-wide results in sessions, actions, conversions and reported customer satisfaction scores.
Design System
Led efforts between Design and Engineering in maintenance of internal Design System of UI components through weekly syncs and other alignment activities.
Implemented best practices of Figma features like auto-layout, components comments and Dev Mode to ensure component libraries are always updated.
Performance Management
Coached and mentored 2 product designers in end-to-end design strategy, execution, stakeholder alignment and management. Mediated conflict resolution between designers and stakeholders. Managed and advised on each designer’s career progress.

I believe in giving back to the community that nurtured me, in the following ways:
Mentoring on ADPList - I have spoken to more than 30 unique individuals seeking advice such as portfolio reviews, career guidance and general mentoring.
Teaching at General Assembly - This is also where I completed a UX bootcamp in 2016 to transit into product design. I want to ensure that new graduates are well-equipped by filling in the gaps in UX curriculum personally.
